MV-C3 Mooney Viscometer

MV-C3 Mooney Viscometer is used for measuring viscosity and relaxation of base rubber, raw rubber stock or rubber mass prevulcanization properties, it is also used for measuring viscosity in Mooney value for compounded or uncompounded unvulcanized natural, synthetic or regenerated rubber.

This instrument has excellent performances including automatic calibration, higher stability. It can perform the following tests: viscosity, scorch and stress relaxation.

MV-C3 Test Results

Measure of Mooney viscosity (Large rotor):

MI -- initial Mooney viscosity.
M14 - Normal Mooney Viscosity;
              1-the time of preheat 1min,4-test time
Me - Mooney value obtained upon completion of test.
TR80 - time needed for 80% torque stress relaxation.
MRe - Mooney value at the end of stress relaxation.
MV-t - Mooney value relating to time t.

MI - initial Mooney viscosity
ML - Minimum Mooney viscosity
M5 - ML5 Mooney
t5 - Mooney burning time, M5 corresponding time, Unit: min.
t35 - Mooney vulcanizing time, ML+35 corresponding time, unit: min.
MV-t - Mooney value relating to time t.
